Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you so much for last night. You have given us hope that we can achieve something with diamond for the 1st time in months and for once we dont feel like failures as owners. You made us laugh and reminded us that our relationship with her should be fun not all doom and gloom which it had become.
I was playing in the garden with her with a tennis ball today and I haven't just had fun like that with her in such a long time. We are all determined to work hard and follow your advice. We understand there is no quick fix but with your help, a lot of hard work on our part, persistance and kindness to show her the way im sure we can get back the "old" Diamond we fell for. Looking forward to our session next week, thanks again.

He has grown into a healthy sociable lad and thought you would like to see how he turned out.

Thanks for the classes! They have been so helpful in training us... they should really be called 'owner training classes'!!!
What's really helped is getting me to think about why Bracken isn't doing as I want him to and realize that when there are distractions around we need to go back to basics and not expect too much. We've found a great training place when we go walking - the tennis courts at Weston Park. I always rejoice if it's raining as no one will be playing tennis and we can go and do some work!!

Winnie is doing really well; she is responding well to commands - come, stay/wait, walk on, etc. and is enjoying life to the full! She has come out of her shell a lot more although can be wary around strangers. I am sure her progress is as a result of the 6-week classes with yourselves.
