Teach Your Dog to Play Fetch... and bring the toy back!
Fetch! is a 4 week introductory course to playing Fetch, teaching essential skills to you and your dog so that you can enjoy retrieving games together.
Please be aware that Fetch! is not an obedience course! If your dog is terrible on the lead, runs off when not on the lead, or is generally not good around other dogs or people, then taking part in retrieving games will be too much of a challenge and you would be better to choose 1-2-1 training or attend Easy Basics first.
Fetch is suitable for a wide range of dogs, but obviously, certain breeds have more of an advantage as they have been bred to want to retrieve! Don't be too put off though if you don't have a gun dog; if your dog likes to play and has a favourite toy, then he can be taught to retrieve. Just take a look at the video to see one atypical dog throughly enjoying himself:
