Bookings are taken on a first-paid, first-booked basis.
Sorry, we cannot reserve places.
Bookings are made per-dog, not per person.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel within 48 hours of the start date of the course, or you cannot attend once the course has started for reasons beyond our control, with the exception of the next point.
Should your bitch come into season or your pet is ill or injured and misses 3 or more classes, you will be offered a place on the next course at 50% discount.
