· Bookings are taken on a first-paid, first-booked basis.

· Sorry, we cannot reserve a place without payment.

· Bookings are made on a per-dog basis, not per human.

· Fees are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within one week of the start date of the course.

· Should your bitch come into season or your pet is ill and misses 3 or more classes, you will be offered a place on the next course at 50% discount.

I confirm that my dog is not aggressive or reactive TOWARDS people or dogs, nor has any other significant behavioural problems requiring 1 to 1 attention.
